This an excellent location. The property is a bit dated. The staff is very friendly. The bed is comfortable. My bathroom area was huge which we enjoyed. It makes the room larger as there is room in the bathroom for his and her closets. I would call it a 3 Star hotel not a 4 Star but the price is right and it is convenient

The waiters for breakfast very friendly helpful i asked on the 24th if thay could dress up in Christmas hats a clothing. Thay went one better and dressed as father Christmas with a big bag of sweets for the kids. And in the back ground Christmas music. Fabulous.

From the cleaner up to management the staff was amazing the rooms was cleaned every day so relaxing pool was clean and warm plenty areas and sunbeds available 3 mins walk to amazing kata beech 20 seconds from kata market and surrounding shops and amenities would definitely recommend this hotel

Amazing staff, great pool side rooms.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our stay in Thailand, at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. We chose to come back here as it suited our needs. It was close to everything, the pool access rooms were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. On our return journey I unfortunately slipped and broke my knee cap. The staff couldn't have been more helpful over the next few days when I was incapacitated. They really helped make a very uncomfortable situation so much more pleasant. We wouldn't hesitate to return here on our next visit to Thailand.

Cheap, decent rooms, lack of diversity

Affordable, no frills hotel in a good location. We received an upgrade to one of the larger room, but this meant we didn’t have a pool access room. Nonetheless, we were happy with more space. The hotel overall seems old and has its damages, it could do with a lot of refurbishment. Maybe the hotel closed down during covid and is in the progress of bringing itself back to glory. It is also hard to find for some taxi drivers and could do with better signage. One key notes I’d make aware to future guests about the hotel and the overall area is the heavy influence and migration of Russians since the beginning of their political conflicts which has led to a major lack of diversification in tourists, and the saturation of the local Thai presence and feel. The hotel staff were friendly, especially Tong who met us, learnt our names and was very helpful during our stay.

The people were extremely friendly and the room was wonderful poolside. Conveniently Located across from the beach and right behind a wonderful market. I can't thank the staff enough for the wonderful job that they did. I wanted to tip all of them but there were so many of them I would have gone home broke

We really liked the property unfortunately half of the property is shut down due to covid the staff is super nice and very courteous did everything we asked them. I just wish more people visit this property help them out. I would certainty visit this property again.the best part of this property is just minutes walk from Kata beach.

Great staff. This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. The service and friendliness of the staff was wonderful! My only concern was that the Wi-Fi service was not very reliable as the connection was sometimes hard to get or dropped off every 15 seconds or so.

Peaceful hotel

We stayed as a couple in a pool access room for a few nights and found our stay was peaceful and relaxing. We highly recommend pool access room if you are a couple as you will be further up the hotel and away from the kids in the main pool area, however if you a sun-worshipper then ensure you request a room with the balcony facing south otherwise you won't have any sun at all. The room was comfy and felt secure, with double locks on both the pool access and front door. Rooms good size. The majority of the guests are Russian couples, with a few families here and there, and we found all staff and other guests to be very friendly. Breakfast was fine, the usual stuff you get in Thai hotels really; egg station, rice soup, bacon and sausages (hot dog style) and fruit. There was also some slightly more odd breakfast options, such as stir fried noodles and pasta dishes. All of decent enough quality. One good thing about the hotel is that despite being in the centre of (the very overcrowded) Kata, it felt a million miles away from the hustle and bustle, being tranquil and peaceful. It was a 5 min walk to the (very overcrowded) beach and loads of markets and shops on the doorstep when you walk out in to Kata.

This property was in a great location - central to several markets and very close to the beach. The hotel model is very nice in that all the rooms open up to the public pool However, because it was an open model there were many mosquitos and even a lizard in our room. Staff was very nice and accommodating
