Terrible experience. Had sleepless night. Due to mould, rooms are smelly. Breakfast is not buffet either which is not mention in the booking. I would not recommend it.

Serious concerns about our stay. My wife and I stayed here seven years ago, and we had a wonderful experience at that time. That memory is why we chose to return and why we paid a much higher price than other options. We expected a clean, calm, and enjoyable visit, but our experience this time has been very disappointing. Our room is not clean. The floor is very dirty, the walls have visible dirt, and there is mold in the bathroom. The toilet does not function properly, and it is extremely difficult to flush. We also have centipedes crawling into the room, which has made the space feel uncomfortable and unsanitary. The beach near the property is also dirty, which adds to the overall poor experience. In addition, there was a snake in a tree by the pool that terrified several guests, and after breakfast my wife saw two rats near the restaurant. We tried to overlook issues at first, but the problems have continued to grow. Today made things even harder. We had a stressful day involving difficult news from back home, and we had very little to eat. We went to the restaurant to finally have dinner, and I brought a bottle of my own alcohol to have a drink with the meal. We were told there would be an extra charge for bringing it. Because of this, we canceled our order.

Peace and calm in Nusa Dua

After a hectic few days travelling was great to chill by the pool and beach. Great hotel with fab pool and swim up bar. Got upgraded to a huge oceanview suite.
