The Property surroundings and gardens and pool are magnificent. However, the rooms, in particular bathrooms are old and not what I would expect for a 4.5 star hotel. In the three days, we got a tiny bit of soap, 1 little bottle of shampoo and body wash. There was no welcome drink, welcome hotel room manual or welcome message on the TV. We only got half a roll of toilet paper. Around the pool, there were numerous sigaretten buds and a dirty nappy that layer next to a chair for hours. At some point pool towels ran out, even though the resort was half empty with people. I missed these little things that you would expect for a 4.5 star hotel. I stayed the week before in a 2 star hotel. In the bathroom there was a sewing kit, bath cap, 2 extra toothbrushes, sanitary bag, a comb etc. Our check in was delayed as somehow it was very difficult to get our room prepared for 3 people, even though I had clarified this in an email prior to visiting. The resort itself is in Nusa Dua, just a few shops and restaurants nearby which were very ‘touristic’. Personally I have had much better quality accommodation for less money in other areas of Bali with a higher quality of food and friendlier peoples around.

Great for kids with great pools and great service.the room are very spacious. But things I didn’t like was check in time was way delayed. We were ment to checkin at 2pm but did not check in till 4 after asking few times . The beds are advertised as 2 twin beds where as they are single beds.the area itself was great .

Great location and beautiful pool. Spacious accommodation. Friendly staff and great breakfast. No hot water tap in sink in kitchen and no plug in sink. Had to wash up dishes in saucepan with water from bathroom. Leaking from shower all around bath.

The Wotif bookings are so misleading as we booked for 2 adults and 2 children (we included their ages), and when we got to the room, there were no beds for the kids. The staff told us that our 13 and 6 year olds are meant to share a bed with us!! After not much willingness to accomodate us and wanting to charge for extra beds, they brought two single beds after 2 hours of waiting (this was past midnight and a long flight). The room was way too small for the extra beds so we had no space to move. As we could not live like that, we asked for a refund and checked into another Hotel. We are still waiting for the refund......

They had beach weddings planned and on those days did not allow us to use the beach front to its full potential. they should not inconvenience guests just because they want to make money with the weddings!!!

Great place to stay. Very relaxing. Breakfast has a great mixture of local and western food. Staff are brilliant. Kids club is fantastic. Easy to travel to different destinations.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
