We stayed in a family room (2 kids 6 and 4) the room was clean, bed was comfortable, kids loved the bunk beds, good value for money. The downsides - family room is small so minimal jiggy jig for mum and dad. No balcony which made it hard to dry swimmers/ cozzies after a swim.

I had such a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely and always made sure to look out for you, which made me feel really welcome and cared for. The hotel itself was spotless and very well maintained, which gave me peace of mind throughout my stay. The restaurant was a highlight – the food was consistently amazing and tasted fantastic every time. The service overall was outstanding, from check-in to dining and everything in between. No popular western teabags available, only Jasmine and black tea (unpleasant flavour) asked for a chamomile teabags and was told it would cost me $5 Australian dollars that shocked me.
