If I could give this hotel 1 million stars I would it’s just magnificent for a five star resort they go over and above you get what you pay for. The staff make everything so much better with their kind nothing is too much approach and the way they take care of everyone that walks through that door

Enjoyed a lovely relaxing week here. The rooms are lovely and spacious, beds are super comfortable, the gardens and grounds are beautiful, the staff are fabulous, attentive and friendly and the food is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach. The resort has a lively but relaxed energy, with beautifully designed spaces, a huge main pool that runs all the way to the beach, and thoughtful touches everywhere. We stayed in a private villa and loved the spacious layout, swing bed, and plunge pool. It felt like a peaceful retreat tucked inside a bustling beach town. The butler service really elevated the experience. Even though this is a larger property, the team made it feel personal. We didn’t expect that kind of attention at a resort this size, but it was a great surprise. Every staff member we interacted with was warm and professional, especially the receptionist that checked us in (sorry I don't recall the name!) and our butlers, Arya and Pras. The food was excellent, and everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and presented with care. Whether it was a loaded mezze platter poolside or a full meal in the villa, we were consistently impressed. If you’re looking for a balance of style, energy, and comfort in Seminyak, this is a great choice. It’s polished without being stuffy, and you can feel both the design and the hospitality were done with intention.

Hotel Indigo is a beautiful property right on the beach in Seminyak. Having said that unless you are planning on surfing the waves we’re pretty intense and the beach is more for the restaurants than for sitting and relaxing. The pools at the Hotel are beautiful and that’s where we relaxed. I have two things that I thought could be better, the first is the onsite food was fine but not amazing. Also my husband had a massage at the spa and he felt that the spa lacked the amenities of some spas at other resorts. The Hotel is very conveniently located and the service was top notch! The rooms are very nicely appointed and large! I would overall recommend this Hotel!

Our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. The room was spotless and beautifully designed, and the entire hotel was clean, stylish, and thoughtfully maintained. The landscape is absolutely stunning — lush, vibrant, and relaxing. 🌺 The location is perfect — close to many shops, restaurants, and lively areas, making it very convenient to explore Seminyak. The staff made our stay even more special. 🔹 Topan and Ratih at the reception were so nice and extremely helpful. 🔹 Erna at the spa reception was also very welcoming and kind. 🔹 A big thank you to Kim from the concierge — she went above and beyond to help my daughter find a horse riding place and even walked with us there! Truly appreciated her support and warm attitude. 💛 The breakfast was excellent — varied, fresh, and delicious every day. Highly recommend trying their Green Curry — it was absolutely delicious! 🍛 I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bali and would love to return again. ✨

DO NOT stay in this hotel if you need good wifi connection. My daughter and I stayed in room 3021 for four nights. We had intermittent wifi during the first three days. By intermittent, I mean having to reconnect every time I go to another tab on my browser. It also means I have to reconnect at least every five minutes. I was not going to complain until what happened the last day. We lost our wifi connection COMPLETELY. We had no wifi at all. I spoke to the receptionist who said she was going to arrange for the technician to investigate it. When we came back four hours later, wifi was still not back on. My daughter called the receptionist again and they sent some technician who said wifi was okay but signal was not. He left it at that. We only came back to the room after dinner and still no wifi. I called the receptionist who said he was going to get the technician to look into it but did not call back to update and wifi is still not working until then. I walked out to the lobby with the intention to download some netflix episodes and spoke the the receptionist. He patiently guided me to reconnect. Problem with wifi was resolved but connection was still intermittent. Having said that, I would like to commend the good service provided by all the staff throughout the hotel. They were courteous and helpful. The location is very nice as it is just right across from Seminyak beach. I would have been perfect if there are private loungers in front of the beach for the guests.

We had a very relaxing stay here. We also loved their restaurants especially Sugarsand, their food is delicious. We would definitely stay there again if we plan to stay in Seminyak.

Beautiful lay out, quiet pool, breakfast with an ocean view. Beautiful,friendly, helpful Balianese staff. Great location on the beach. Safe, clean. Delicious food. Loved the breakfast.

Our 2nd stay at this hotel and can only say great things about it. The rooms, location, food (especially the breakfasts), and I could go on, were all excellent! Most importantly, the staff, be they room service, restaurant or bar, front desk or poolside were fantastic and made us feel very welcome and cared for during our stay. We will be back again!

The absolute best spot in Seminyak. Rooms are so well designed and were perfect for our first holiday with our 10month old baby. Staff at all of the outlets and pools really make it special for all guests. Plenty of pool seats and options. Room service and Sugarsand meals were a highlight! Can’t wait to come back for a 3rd time!
