We checked in and wasn’t a start to a pleasant stay unfortunately. Baby cot was so dirty and had mould. They changed the cot for us no worries with a new one. Shower drain and aircon had a funny smell. Told property about it and was actioned right away. As rooms were completely booked we couldn’t change rooms until 3rd night stay. We switched rooms. Much better. Garden room is lovely and has enough space for your little one to run around. If staying near the pool music can be a bit loud The shuttle bus was great Buffet was nice The staff were nice and things were actioned right away.
