Loved everything about this Hotel. The staff are amazing and always ready to help you. The food was amazing from breakfast to dinner. The kids loved the two pools so did the adults especially on happy hour 😊😊. Stayed there twice and can’t wait to go back again. Highly recommend this hotel 😊😊❤️

The breakfast was excellent but due to not being told the main pool was closed it’s was very bad there was a full house the baby pool was a horrible colour and the other main pool was not enough to accommodate everyone. We brought a pool ring and it got a brown stain on it from the water it was disgusting for a 41/2 star resort. There was extended cocktail time but when you don’t drink that’s not good enough. We where very disappointed seen as we paid a high price expecting a beautiful pool area and it was far short from that it was overcrowded at times no chairs and no towels We will not be returning there anytime soon 3 stars for us

The building we stayed in was old - scratched and chipped paint, broken lamp, broken curtains, scratched floors, mouldy bathroom - such a disappointment and so overpriced for what we got.

The property is very well laid out. The food was very good and the service was always polite. The breakfast was reasonably priced as we didn't have that in our package. We asked the staff about nightly entertainment. They sent us to a place called Kraken in Dewi Sri. That was absolutely amazing. A big thank you. 14 days in Bali that was the best night we have ever had in Bali.

We waited 2 hours after the 2pm check in time until our room was ready! Stuck in the foyer, unable to enjoy the hotel's facilities as we were out first thing the next day to catch a flight.

Location and facilities are great. even the security guards will give you a towel when your on your way to the beach. loved that its accross the road from the beach, that its close to everything. there are a couple of things that we didn't like but hard to say if its the hotel or bali. the pool side cocktails are premixed and not so good, inifinity pool nice, food really good and well priced, beer more than 3 x street price - not ok. all that said we will be booking to stay here again in February

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
