Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for staying and sharing your recent stay at Astagina Resort Villa and Spa. All the rooms at 3 bed rooms private pool villa is furnished with each air conditioner. It is not right if anyone said it is no air conditioner at upstairs room. Rooms and living rooms are definitely with air conditioner, however balcony for open area facing the garden is open air without air conditioner. In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
