I fell just in front of the lift as I was on the second floor. The floors had large very shiny tiles all over the place and as soon as they get any water on them, they become very very slippery. As I approached the lift my feet went from undernether me and I came crushing down on my back. So now I have a spinal fracture and in a back brace for 12 weeks, very luck that I am not in a wheel for the rest of my life. Please anyone avoid this hotel aat all cost.

Great location and close to Waterbum,discovery mall etc, great food and omg the staff are all amazing!!! 7 days and they all knew my 8 year old by name. Everything is just perfect including the pool, kids play area, restaurants for families. It’s easy just to stay in and enjoy the resort. We will definitely return again.

This was our second time staying at Bali Dynasty and we loved every minute of it. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of facilities for adults and kids to enjoy and the kids club is great for parents to have meeee time. We love the buffet breakfast very much. We want to come back again and again!!!

Perfect stay with family and little ones fun for adults too where you can always keep an eye out on your little ones. Dining and shopping is everywhere and accessible. Very fun would recommend to other families and can’t wait to come back

The resort bed and pillow is so stinky.like no change for 20 years. The room is not matching the description. Bunk bed is so old. The additional request for water bottle is chargeable. Breakfast coffee from coffee Machine is chargeable The bathroom is not clean. There is only 1 port for international converter per room. Call to reception, the message not able to deliver accurately to Housekeeping and causing housekeeping drop by 2 times to meet the requirements. I will not stay at this resort anymore
