The staff at this hotel were incredible. We stayed at 3 locations in Bali and the staff here were incredible. A special mention to the foot spa and Robbie's magic tricks which the boys loved. The resort is well maintained and the pools and games room kept our boys entertained all day. Food was reasonably priced and good quality and the rooms were good

This is a great family resort. The kids club is amazing and goes all day. My kids loved it. The resort had happy hour twice a day, the pool area is amazing and pool slides were a lot of fun, the buffet breakfast is good. The one inside it’s better than the one by the pool. If you were looking for a location where you could pretty much stay on the resort then this one is for you.

Great family friendly resort. Highly recommended, awesome service. Their kids club was very good and staff were caring for my 5 year old, which he thoroughly enjoyed and wanted to go again and again! We could enjoy our time away and we chose the extra lunch option so he could eat what he liked with desert. There were lots of daily events for all ages which was nice. The Chinese restaurant was very tasty and staff there were very friendly. We went there every night.
