Location good for Kuta. Close to shops and restaurants. While located on a very busy street, it was surprising quite inside the complex and in the room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Place was clean, but a bit dated.

Very central to all shopping. The few we did not like was the lighting in rooms very poor, the hanging space in closet was too high. How a short person could reach it would be very difficult, not enough storage for clothes as I like to unpack my suitcase. My only other issue was breakfast. Unfortunately we found the egg station cook was very slow, people queued for long time and he did not seem to hurry. I also did not like how people smoked in restaurant. Apart from these issues it was an enjoyable stay.

Liked the service people breakfasts is veru good, the pool is beautifull, the gardens as well, however my AC broke, the bathroom fam didnt work, the cold water faucet leaked water evry time it was used, there arent ANY towel bars. My first dimner was so salty i coukf not eat at all, the fuul bowl went back, they charged me! When i requested a teapot with hot water, they charged me, but not at breakfast !! There were chikdren screaming in the hallway late at night, people having loud conversstion late in the evening. The location is good for shoping andfrequenting restaurants. Traffic in the area is horrendous! One evening the taxi driver told me it would be better to walk to my hotel ss it will probably take over an hour to clear up, my hotel was 100m up the street, so yes nast, dusty noisy area!

Excellent property, be sure to have some sort of windbreaker, it can get pretty windy sometimes.

A very good place to stay in Kuta

For our last night in Bali we decided to book in a good hotel to relax and enjoy our last day and last night. The Ramayana Hotel was as enchanting as we could dream off. From the lobby, to the swimming pool, to the gym and the room, everything was clean and beautiful. The pool is surrounded by tiare trees, it's beautiful, the water is good and we can enjoy the bar. We relax into the water and then have a meal at the Gabah restaurant (which is where you can take breakfast). The lunch menu is very large for all tastes and cultures. The breakfast was amazing too. I couldn’t try everything but my eyes loved what they saw ! We had a very good night sleep, the pillows were just little clouds for our heads. The personal is helpful whenever the time of the day or the night. At 4am I asked the receptionist for bottle of water and had it in my room instantly. I recommend 100% this hotel were you can also enjoy massages and theme diner at the restaurant.
