We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent from start to finish. The rooms were always spotless, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet every morning was amazing with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their service and hospitality made our experience even more enjoyable. Overall we enjoyed our 6 night stay. The staff were excellent and the rooms clean, the only reason I didn't rate the property as a 5 was that the decor in the room was getting tired and the room safe didn't lock. The location was excellent with a large shopping centre any a couple of hundred meters away. Also outside the resort there are so many eateries it was amazing, highly recommend the Bamboo. Would stay here again.
