Regarding your comments about our limited English staff, we half maximize service with available staff, we provide them with full product knowledge, operational training and speak good English. Sorry if there is a language barrier that occurred during your stay. We apologize that you feel that most of the breakfast choices are Indonesian menus. We try to offer a variety of choices for our guests with a full continental buffet. Our team is always trying to replenish food as quickly as possible, we recommend arriving early before the breakfast rush. But rest assured we are passing these comments on to the team to make sure not to leave the guests waiting. We apologize about the availability of towels that are very limited because they are still in the washing process so the stock of towels is running low. We apologize for the inconvenience. Regarding your comment on our limited English staff, we are halfway through maximizing service with available staff, we had them fully given product knowledge, operational training and well English speaking. Truly sorry if any language barrier happened during your stay. We do apologize that you found breakfast selection was minimal, we do try to offer a wide selection of choices for our guests with the full continental buffet.
