It is central to what you need if it nightlife you’re looking for. Very close to nightclubs. Beds are extremely hard. Still enjoyed the stay

The property has gone down hill since covid has happened staff not very knowledgeable not sure what you are talking about, more interested in their mobile phones. They needed staff that actually helped you or went out of their way to give you that good experience. The breakfast was mostly Indonesian food, took so long for staff to get ready for breakfast and just to get an egg Or omelette took forever the lines were too long. Our rooms didn’t have towels multiple times we had to ask for them and took them forever to get towels.

Regarding your comments about our limited English staff, we half maximize service with available staff, we provide them with full product knowledge, operational training and speak good English. Sorry if there is a language barrier that occurred during your stay. We apologize that you feel that most of the breakfast choices are Indonesian menus. We try to offer a variety of choices for our guests with a full continental buffet. Our team is always trying to replenish food as quickly as possible, we recommend arriving early before the breakfast rush. But rest assured we are passing these comments on to the team to make sure not to leave the guests waiting. We apologize about the availability of towels that are very limited because they are still in the washing process so the stock of towels is running low. We apologize for the inconvenience. The service was terrible. Very limited English speaking staff. Breakfast selection was minimal as the food was rarely topped up. Room quality was not good due to no sound proofing. We ended up moving hotels and paying to stay somewhere else due to how unimpressed we were with the service. We would not recommend this hotel. Lots of potential and great location, but this hotel is not ready yet to provide quality service!

Regarding your comment on our limited English staff, we are halfway through maximizing service with available staff, we had them fully given product knowledge, operational training and well English speaking. Truly sorry if any language barrier happened during your stay. We do apologize that you found breakfast selection was minimal, we do try to offer a wide selection of choices for our guests with the full continental buffet. Our team always tries as quickly as possible to refill the food, we recommend arriving early before the rush hour of breakfast. The resort was very beautiful, great spot in middel of all the action , very clean ,dissapointed the pool closes so early ,buffet breakfast was ok . however be very careful we had our credit card stolen from room from the one housekeeping staff and so did 3 other frends staying at the same time, make sure you use safe , when we reoorted it to staff we were interagated we left very disappointed the staff did not help us

The property was great, The only let down to this hotel is that when I made changes to my reservation due to a cancellation of my flight. I had notified the hotel a day ahead prior to my check in that I will be extending my stay by another day and the hotel staff even confirmed it with me via the online messaging your company uses. I had tried to re enter my room after a 4hr tattoo session only to be locked out of my room after speaking to the reception they said that they had not confirmed the changes at all which was very very frustrating because why tell a hotel guest you have confirmed a change in the booking if they had not put it into the system. What made it worse is that your staff would not allow me to re enter the room unless i paid for the extra night first even though me and your hotel staff memeber who I was talking to online confirmed everything and said i could pay upon checking out. It was a very exhausting, frustrating and dissapointing situation that I should of had never been in. Use need to be more organized even checking in upon arrival there was other guests at reception that use had messed up their reservations wich shows how un-organised this hotel actually is. Over rate solid 4 out of 10.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date.
