Buffet Breakfast was terrible and not tasty and not much of variety, also they put me in a room with no windows apart from a small window in the bathroom that wouldn’t open and it was very dungeon dark nothing like the pictures on website and when asked to change room with window in the bedroom to let in some light and fresh air they presented me with a bill that I was told by management I wouldn’t have to pay as I checked out a day earlier, also the swimming pool was dirty with hair floating in it and not being filtered out and cleaned each day I am assuming. Also got Bali belly from hotels breakfast and overall experience wasn’t up to the four star rating. Would never stay there again!!!!

We are really appreciating your comment related with our menus Restaurant. For additional information, we are already improving breakfast menu and it is our biweekly rotation for our menu and also the setup for breakfast and for next visit, kindly ask our waiter/ss during your breakfast which is not tasty so we can provide other food that is ready for local / overseas guest (more specific for certain country culinary) because we have so many guests from over the world and they never complaint this way. Hence, we already cross check with the reservation, your booking room is (Superior with non balcony) then we process it based on that and there will be an additional charge for upgraded or room type change (This is our hotel regulation). For the swimming pool is daily cleaned and favorite place too for all guest who stayed here. It's already informing House Keeping Department related your inconvenient. Once again we thank you for your wonderful review which is very valuable to us and we hope that you will give us another opportunity to serve you during your next visit to Bali.

Position to beach Shops. Restaurant Would suggest they look into massage service around the pool. They do have this available but you have to go down the back to a room. They would get more business if they set up near the pool area

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM).
