The bottled beer was warm. The staff must’ve had three meetings while we were there so it was hard to get service when they were all clustered next to us in a meeting. The food, appetizers, terrible. We ordered almost everything on the appetizer menu.Most was only warm nothing actually hot.

The bathtub was like a swimming pool the bed was great pillows with a fantastic The staff everybody couldn’t be more accommodated The breakfast was fantastic I’ve never stayed at a hard rock hotel before, but I would certainly recommend it, and I would stay at another one another place in the world

Amazed that people can still smoke in a family hotel in the indoor club lounge . Despite signage up saying no smoking it was clearly not adhered to by guests when complained the waiters and waitresses just smiled and did not know what to say as if this was normal practise for guests to smoke in a hotel in Bali.
