On the first night we arrived at 11.00pm and was shown to our room where we settled in by 1.00am we contacted staff to come to our room we had a rat trying to eat its way into our room staff arrived and got rid of it ,day 2 door lock was a problem so we had staff show us how to use them,Day3 Sliding door to our room was jammed because of runners are worn out and need to be replaced Day4 Aircon very noisey but cant be replaced yet. Day 5No sound proofing in room at all and on a very noisery street (pudaksari) nothing could be done but move to another villa with the same problem so we stayed. Day 6 the food in the breakfast bainmaree was the same everyday just warmed up Day 7 pool pump stopped working Day 8 9 10 all good We suppose. hat was the Con side of things now the Pro side The staff are probably the best staff we have delt with for a long time Wanda (manager we think) Fantastic and in control very helpful ,Pratiwi (bar staff and kitchen) Fantastic person and tries very hard to help with whatever we needed . outstanding person and tries very hard to understand and serve , Kadek Maintenance staff when we had a problem he was there with his men in under 1 minute to rectify problem . To all the other staff we delt with thank you . Overall the staff do an exceptional job and our thanks to them . The villa needs a lot of work cupboard doors falling off in kitchenet,sliding door into room needs new runners, soundproofing would be nice and seal the gaps that let in the outside
