Breakfast was cold every morning i was at breakfast everyday by 630 to 7am. My bathroom on arriving had black hair in shower and bathroom look like not clean and no one show bar fridge was under tv unit not place you look for. No cold water in fridge on arrivals. Entertainment on one night did one set and never come back on after 40 mins i left they were seen drinking no sign coming back on. The same performance every night same songs and sets.

The grounds and the staff were phenomenal The bathrooms are outdated and toilet continuously blocked. Breakfast while food was ok the variety could definitely be better. Pool while lovely looking was sickeningly warm which made it an unwanted option.

Beautiful large pool to cool off in. Convenient restaurant by the pool to grab a snack or lunch. On the beach for easy access for a walk and lovely views. So friendly and eager to please staff. Also a comfortable air-conditioned breakfast restaurant available if you want rather than sitting in an outdoor much warmer atmosphere.

Staff were amazing , restaurants and buffet breakfast incredible. Gardens around the resorts were gorgeous. The rooms and pool area however are very old and outdated and need a lot of work. Our bedroom felt old and dirty. The air con was rattling so badly in the kids room b it fortunately they slept through it.

I have one recommendation to staff, please a bit more quite in the morning in front of rooms. I stayed in 1020 and I mostly woke up at 7 am because of housekeeper's conversation in front of my room. But I should add that they are very kind and similing persons, So I am pleased to stay there

The only disturbing thing : soon as you leave the lobby there is plenty of local people try to force you to buy things or use their service , every single time 24 hours that’s very frustrating. The breakfast was amazing I think is suitable for everybody . My fav was the clear soups omg so delicious . Beautiful private beach and huge swimming pool . I will definitely visite again .

Only thing we didn’t like was whey we message for shuttle pick up from the airport, you guys didn’t reply or sent a shuttle. So that’s why we were disappointed otherwise we would have give a five star rating. Suggest you improve on reading and replying messages
