This is the second time we have stayed at the Kana Staff are second to none, nothing is ever too much to ask. Hotel is extremely clean. Food selection was greater before Covid but still has the essentials for an eastern or western daily breakfast. Bluebird taxi cost is only $2-3 au to get into Kuta or $5 for Seminyak.

Friendly staffs and clean hotel, even my husband's allergy to dust doesn't come up. However, I am very disappointed about their policy not to allow their guests to refill their water bottles, but to give away 2 of 600ml plastic bottles per room instead. Do they think their guest only drink 600ml of water a day?  Unlike being at home, where I can buy a gallon of water for my family, as a traveller, I had to buy drink water from shops.  In 2 days, my family of 4 have collected 19 water bottles (2 L of water each person). 19 plastic bottles multiplies by 100 rooms in The Kana hotel for 2 days = ~1000 bottles/day plastic rubbish produced by The Kana guests just because their management doesn't allow their guests to refill their water bottle. No wonder why Kuta beach is flooded with plastic rubbish.  Ironically, The Kana Kuta Hotel put a slogan of "SAVE THE PLANET" hanging on every bathroom's door. If they TRULY BELIEVE in SAVING THE EARTH, then they should provide a water dispenser, instead of giving 2 plastic bottles per room. The Kana Kuta Hotel should consult  Aston Inn International Batu on how they help save the earth by providing water dispensers on every floor.

Thank you for having us over Christmas. We stayed in rooms 203 and 305. We enjoyed staying at the Kana Kuta. It is a comfortable no frills hotel. Lovely buffett breakfast every morning to set you up for the day. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and the service was impeccable. Rooms were very comfortable with fantastic air con and wifi. Pool was just fantastic ! This was our first trip to Bali and we totally enjoyed ourselves staying here.

The Kana Kuta was clean, had everything we needed and was out of the way from the busyness of Kuta. It was a couple of minute cab ride into Kuta centre and was nice.

This hotel is an oasis of calmness away from the hustle and bustle of the heavy trafficked streets that surround it. The genuine friendliness of all the staff is one of its main assets. Courteous and professional at all times they made our stay fantastic. We used taxis ordered by reception to get around which were on a meter so no haggling. (30000 to Kuta Beach and 40000 - 45000 to Seminyak). The rate you pay for this hotel reflects its location, compared to those nearer the beaches. Breakfast had a varied and good choice with a lunch and evening menu that covered all our culinary needs on days spent relaxing by the pool. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay would return.
