The hotel is very run down. The room especially the toilets were plain filthy. The toilet seat is loose, the entrance light does not work. The pick up service from airport is good.

Disability aware hotel.

I holidayed with a broken ankle. The horel was very accommodating to my needs. The staff were extremely helpful getting me up the few stairs to the pool bar. The hotel is pretty well suited with disabled access, except the pool bar (but staff helped me). They could improve by adding a ramp from the lower level of the pool to the pool bar/eating area. But overall, I am really impressed with the experience.
Access to middle pool area is good.
Upper pool area, needed assistance from staff to get there but very obliging.

Nice wide walkways to room, I used an electric gopher whilst there with no issues.

We always enjoy staying at Kuta Paradiso, the pool view room on the 5th floor is very nice. The room is very comfortable and the hotel staff always very friendly. The food and room service great.

Fabulous stay in centre of kuta Initially had room with a leaking AC. They changed me to a higher, nicer room. Great view. Staff are fabulous in all areas, cleaning, dining and reception. Ruth was especially helpful. Yes a bit old but well serviced, and has a great breakfast. So much variety and so tasty. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel is super clean, the staff are amazing especially the restaurant manager - he will go out of his way to make sure everything and everyone are happy. The pool is amazing and anyone with kids should stay here for the pool facilities. I am not normally a hotel person but this hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast in the morning has a good range of food.
