An absolutely spectacular resort and complex - expansive, well maintained gardens with peacocks and local wildlife. Tidy beach, excellent variety in food choices at very reasonable prices. Kids club was extremely friendly and well attended. Highly recommend booking Palace Club access - this was definitely a superior breakfast (the main buffet is huge, well supplied but busy and chaotic feeling) and cocktail hour is delightful. A truely relaxing place to be, and exceptionally friendly staff. Sauna and cold plunge pool was a delightful luxury. Thank you so much, we will definitely return!

Lovely staff, amazing food/restaurants and so many facilities! The poolarea and the beach was fantastic. The best breakfast I ever had. The only thing which could have been better is the room, and the aircondition. The room never got colder than 23,5 degreese, even if you put it to 20 degreese.

Overall my wife and I had a great experience. It was memorable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They only thing which I would recommend is to freshen up the breakfast menu. At times it was the same breakfast options, By day three we weren't looking forward to it anymore but the quality of the food was great.

The room was clean, and it was clear right away that this was a luxurious hotel with a rich history. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend staying here, especially for families. The garden, in particular, was absolutely beautiful!

Very nice hotel maintaining the balinese style while updating the service to the modern times, with great facilities, great staff, very clean rooms, nicely appointed, direct access to the beach, multiple pools, diverse restaurants , bar and entertainment. Above everything, the management team was great in organizing everything so we could have an amazing experience! Thank you!

This wasn't the first time we stayed at this hotel but most likely the last. It all started when we arrived at hotel at 2:30pm 30min before the official check-in time (3pm). We booked 2 rooms but only 1 was ready and we were given the key for that 1 room at 14:50 and was told by check-in lady that the second room will be finished soon and that the key will be delivered to the room that we check-in. After 1h I receive the email that come and get the key from reception, I rang the front desk and then they brought me the key to second room but 2h later we found out that the air-conditioning wasn't working in the room and hotel stuff came to fix it. Service of the hotel restaurant stuff was very bad, people working at the hotel restaurants preferred to talk between themselves rather then serve people who are actually paying them top money. You can sit in the restaurant but no one would came and take your order for 30min and then the food won't get delivered to the table until 10min sitting on the kitchen table and you can see all that with your own eyes. I saw multiple people complaining about number of different things including what I have just mentioned. Last time we stayed in this hotel in 2018 before they became ACCOR group and everything was excellent but not this time. Food was good including breakfast, hotel became a bit old and runned down as specialy rooms but they still charge top dollar.

Rooms need upgrading and taxis at transport desk are more than double than grab. Beach path is great and nice for walks.

Very beautiful resort stayed here a few times never disappointed we got upgraded to suites which were massive rooms the bed and pillows are so good breakfast makes the best omelettes will be back again xo

Rooms are old and run-down, and the hotel is clearly in need of serious maintenance—pool tiles are falling off everywhere which was actually dangerous. Guests were allowed to hog/reserve poolside spots with towels all day (even without being at the pool) leaving very few places for other guests. Hotel should manage this or provide more seating for guests. This place feels neglected and outdated. I’d strongly recommend staying at one of the newer, modern resorts in Nusa Dua instead.
