Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa is a beautiful resort with amazing service. All the staff were helpful, friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. When we needed extra assistance, they were there to help. I greatly appreciated them and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the resort.

Beautiful location with lots of dining options, very friendly and attentive staff. Hotel facilities very good with multiple pools and beach front. Walking distance to Bali collection. We booked the Palace Club and we would definitely recommend this. One negative for us was the location of our room, we had booked a lagoon room and our balcony overlooked and was extremely close to a building with wooden door and chain link fence and gate with a constant stream of hotel maintenance staff walking through from early morning till late so we didn’t feel comfortable using the balcony or the lagoon. This took the edge of the hotel for us but apart from the location of the room overall an excellent stay and would certainly recommend the hotel.

Lovely traditional building. Right on the beach. Great snorkelling. Can access other hotels restaurants too. Good local shopping and of course fabulous weather. The only thing I’d want to change is the pool temperature it was far too hot for me to swim in.
