We have stayed here previously, but don’t think we will bother coming back after this stay. When we arrived, a car was blocking the driveway and our driver couldn’t get to the foyer. No one offered to help him unload our bags, so we did it. Then, our bags were left in the driveway in the hot sun for about 20 minutes whilst we checked in. They still remained there until I went out to get them myself. Only then, did someone see that I was annoyed and came to get the bags. Last time we left here, my daughter cried because she loved it so much. She made a great connection with the staff at kids club and had an amazing time. She spoke about it for ages. That is the main reason we decided to come back this trip. Polar opposites this time. Most of the staff seemed very uninterested, especially the 3-4 Staff at the kids club. Very blasé about signing the kids in and virtually zero attention paid to the kids. And, the rostered activities shown on the posters? What activities? They didn’t do any with the kids. To the point that our kids didn’t even want to go to kids club. Very disappointing. There were a few of things that hadn’t been maintained very well and the breakfast in the family section was about half of what it used to be, with more focus being on the main/older area for breakfast. If you do stay here, go to the main building for breakfast. It’s much better.

Although a little dated the property was excepionally clean. Our rooms were tidied daily with fresh towels. Buffet breaky was terrific. Staff were so lovely and friendly and went the extra mile. One outstanding staff member was Sukaya Concierge Suy.

Past its prime, but still nice. My issues are with the decisions they have made. No milk in room. No dressing gown. Single ply toilet paoer. No toilets near restaurants. You have to use a room that is on opposite side from restaurants.

We had a great 3 days at this hotel, room and food were very good. Smart TV so you can watch your own subscription accounts at night if you like. Breakfast was amazing. Adults only infinity pool was very welcome and a great place to soak in the atmosphere. Particular thanks to the very lovely attendant Sukaya who kindly retrieved my laptop and put aside when i left it on the ground outside hotel lobby! Thank you again Sukaya! My only complaint lies with all of the hotels along this strip and most popular beaches in Bali. The amount of plastic washed up on the sand everyday is heartbreaking and ecologically for the area is devastating. The hotels clean up the areas directly in front of them but any surrounding areas are left as is. Wouldn't cost them a lot to collectively employ a few locals to remove the plastic from the sand each morning along the whole strip and the benefits in the long run would far outweigh the small cost. I truly hope for the future of Bali the plastic rubbish problem on the whole island can be addressed otherwise no turtles, no fish, no coral, no snorkelling, no fish for local fishermen just an ocean full of rubbish.

Very friendly staff, and perfect for children of all ages. The all exclusive deal is great value, and takes away the hassle of have to carry cash or pay any bills on checking out of the resort.

We were disappointed that we were not staying in the main hotel, we were not aware that there was a separate hotel down the street for families. The family hotel had very little information on room/hotel information(was told to check TV information but there was only a hotel photo shoot). Internet was slow, room was noisy all night. The price did not match the hotel and facilities. Will not be back.

This hotel is lovely, so many things to do from water sports to adults only pool and kids pool and water slides. The staff are very friendly and will do anything to please you and your family. The NYE event was magnificent and so well planned and delivered. Love this hotel and will return next year.
