Very nice and massive property in Nusa Dua Staff excellent Room excellent, bring your chargers; no USB charging outlet in the room Monkeys will come on your balcony while you are eating breakfast. Location is not very accessible to town/ shopping area like Seminyak. On the same street as other 5 star hotels. No motor bike rentals nearby. I had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Bali! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist, making my stay truly enjoyable. The resort itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, luxurious accommodations, and excellent amenities. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beachfront, or dining at the restaurants, every moment felt special. Very dissapointed

The level of incompetence of the staff is simply staggering. This is Ritz Carlton hotel, I expect everything to be perfect, this is what this brand represents but that’s not how things work in this hotel. To start,they did not create a membership number for me, despite the staff’s promises. I guess they just don’t know how to do it. Then I noticed that many employees simply don’t speak basic English and they could not understand what I am asking them to do which was very frustrating. The European food in the restaurants was tasteless, and my daughter complained that at least one lady in the Kids club was rude to the kids there.

Such an amazing property. Staff are exceptionally warm and friendly. Well trained and ready to help always. Ritz Kids club was very enjoyable for kids and adults with a wonderful slide. There’s also buggies to take you everywhere if you don’t feel like walking the beautifully landscaped grounds One of the best parts is that breakfast ends at 11 so there’s plenty of time to lie in Food wise you can order grab food and they’ll take it to the lobby if you don’t eat at the hotel
