Probably one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. Staff were amazing, from the people you don't see that keep the hotel and the grounds prestine to all the bar staff, restaurant staff and reception staff that cannot do enough to help you. A big thank you to all the staff at the kids club they were amazing, our boys loved it. Christmas was amazing for the children with all the events that the hotel had on. We were there for 10 nights and apart from going to the Bali Collection shopping centre for a look around and to walk up and down the beach we had no reason to leave the hotel. The hotel is so big that you never feel cramped or not able to get a table at a restaurant even over the christmas period. The food was fantastic, and just so much of it. Favourite meal apart from Christmas evening must be the Japanese restaurant where they had an all you could eat buffet of every type of Japanese cuisine you could wish for. My only comment is I could redesign the hotel would be to make the bathroom smaller and the balcony and bedroom bigger. We had a room with 2 double beds, which for 4 was a little small whereas you could have had a party of 10 in the bathroom! Being able to sit on the balcony at the end of the evening would have been nice though the balcony was the size of a shower cubical. First world problems I know, and that is the only comment I can only come up with, it was really that good. Thank you to all the staff you never stopped smiling.

One of the best resorts i have stayed at

Pros: Position and Staff
The Westin Resort was an amazing place, we were upgraded to a suite which was so nice with views to the beach. The staff were amazing they went above and beyond, nothing was a problem they were so nice and helpful. The pool area was so nice and you always had a lounge chair available. The position of this resort is fantastic, so relaxed with the nice clean beach then a 10 minute walk and you can be out to the cheaper shops and massages. I will be back to see you again The Westin.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
