Our hotel stay exceeded my expectations. Check in was quick and efficient. Our room was lovely packed with storage space. I downloaded the app so was able to do everything from my phone. The hotel is centrally located to many local attractions including The Gershwin Theatre, Timesquare, multiple subway intrance, a lovely bagel shop and so much more.

The property was in a great area close to broadway but not right in the middle of all the chaos. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable for 2 people. I will definitely be coming back to CitizenM for my next NYC trip.

This was my 5th trip to NYC and my favorite hotel so far! The shower was hot with great pressure! The bed was comfy. The room was a little larger than a lot of the NYC hotel “closets” I’ve stayed in. Location was amazing but the best part…the blackout shades worked like a dream and the room was VERY quiet which is impressive for a hotel in NYC close to Times Square. I didn’t need my eye mask or ear plugs! ONLY complaint was the expensive, subpar breakfast but I just would chose not to eat it again, no biggie! Overall a FANTASTIC hotel and would 10000% stay again!

Location is great. Close to M&M building where stop number 1 is for the Big Red Bus. We were on the 7th floor but did not hear any street noise, and there was no noise heard from other rooms. Very comfortable big bed. Great shower. Breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty to choose from. Loved our trip to New York and staying at Citizem M was perfect. Thank you to all the amazing staff. We would without a doubt stay here again.
