The overall stay was amazing. Staff was amazing as well as the room. Only my second time to NY and first time spending a vacation by myself there. Loved it all and will definitely be staying at the same CitizenM when I come back to NY soon.

Great location next 1 & E trains, easy check-in, bed was comfortable and the room was nice. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is I paid for the "high floor" room, which turned out to be level 8 of 20.

Staff … amazing! Location …. amazing! Food and drink options available in hotel … amazing! The room needs so attention. iPad used to control lights, tv, etc… cracked display. Bathroom door would not close and in a small space, this became an annoyance. Shower head was broken or had so much hard water build up so water sprayed inconveniently. For a hotel not in Times Square charging you Time Square rates, these items may want to be addressed. We have stayed in many CitizensMs in several countries. Hopefully this is not the norm now that you have been purchased by Marriott.

The hotel was very nice and cozy. We did not eat at the breakfast but the bar was nice. The decor was very unique and nice. We absolutely loved the atmosphere of the hotel.
