Fantastic staff, Adisa and Lord were both amazing. Very knowledgeable on the area and I had great conversation with both. I was unsure about the room at first because of the size but honestly it was the most comfortable stay of many trips I’ve been on. It can be a little “high tech” took me a minute to learn to work everything like tv and lights but I honestly loved it and wish I would have stayed longer. Very cozy and comfortable bed.

Beautiful hotel. Super close to Times Square. Very helpful staff. Super cool hotel rooms. Even though the rooms are small, it has an iPad that can control the tv, blinds, lights, etc. My only issue was the room didn't stay too warm & they were pretty booked so I had to ask for more blankets as I only had one comforter.

Great location! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was very kind. My only complaints, which are minor, are that the elevators took too long, but one was under repair; and the water in the room took a really long time to get hot, but it was very cold so that probably had something to do with it. I would stay there again.

Loved our time at citizenM. Fantastic location. Room was small (obvs its new york) but really well thought out and just what we needed. The bed with the huge window was just what i wanted. The rooftop bar had unreal views. All the staff were really good apart from one rude person on the last day.

The rooms are amazing!! You can control everything at your finger tips! The staff - I can’t say enough about the staff. Jerry always making you smile, Jonathan who just is happy to help and answer any questions, to every single person doing whatever it takes to make you feel at home!! To the living room which is inviting to sit down and relax. If I had any complaint it would be the elevators- but there are signs telling everyone they are working on it and please forgive the inconvenience. This hotel is convenient, comfortable, clean, and just a great place to stay!! Highly recommend!!
