STELLAR Customer Service!! This is the most unique European boutique style Hotel you will find in Times Square area. I have stayed at this hotel/this location four times in past trips to New York city. I won't stay anywhere else. Huge comfortable bed with cool fluffy pillows . A shower big enough for more than one person, and adjustable room lighting. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Customer service is top notch!! This time it was Kevin and Josh who I interacted with the most, and their service and attitudes were stellar! It makes a huge difference when you know the staff really cares how your stay in New York is going. This is the first time I have gone up to the rooftop bar with the balcony lounge. Beautiful view of the city, and a nice atmosphere to unwind with friends.
