Property was nicely decorated and a beautiful spot to stay. Rooms are clean,spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was offered daily with a good variety and lots of choices. Appreciated the breakfast we took advantage of this every morning. Staff was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our stay and the surrounding areas . Hotel was easy to find and a great spot for a holiday visit to rest and shop . Thank you

Some of the staff were not friendly at all. The price was decent but the rooms are just ok. No makeup miror no bath robe and my rooms had no good view. The elevator takes pretty long at times and I hate the shower! I guess it was ok for 2 days but wouldn’t stay there again or any longer than the 2 days.

There was no continental breakfast included as advertised in Expedia. The room was clean, but the Keurig was dusty, and I had to clean it myself. The hotel only provided 2 bottles of water at the beginning of the stay; there were no additional water sources. Phone reception was poor, and the internet was slow; maybe the building walls are too thick, or it's a way to persuade guests to use the hotel's wifi services.

I have stayed here 2 times, and both were very good visits. It is easy to get to subway, and its also walkable to times square, Penn station and Madison Square. There is a lovely rooftop area with food and drinks. I highly recommend this one.
