Beautiful views of the cathedral. Very friendly staff. Amazing bar and restaurant. Great location. Furniture in rooms shows it's age a little bit. Great bathrooms.

WE DID NOT GET A CHANCE TO USE HOTEL FACILTIES. THIS WAS A QUICK SHOPPING TRIP FOR THE WEEKEND. THE HOTEL IS ABOVE EXPECTATIONS AND WE WERE GREETED WARMLY AND THE LOCATION WAS SPOT ON FOR WHAT WE NEEDED THIS TRIP. WE PLAN TO REVISIT FOR A LONGER STAY.

Beautiful stay, excellent housekeeping service and concierge. Hotel dining pricey, even for NYC. Check-in process somewhat slow and crowded, may have been seasonally related. Overall, an amazing experience.
