Ive just returned from staying here with my son for my 50th burthday.We each had our own rooms and both were very clean and spacious.The staff were all very friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble.Location was perfect with Grand Central approx 10minute walk.The beds were very comfy which was ideal after having a long day with all the walking.

Generally a great property to stay in. Fantastic location and links to all parts of the city. The only complaint I had was that the room was set up for two and we were a party of three so we had to call reception to get bedding , towels as we were finding out things were not provided. We did enjoy breakfast .
