Hotel is in a very good location, convenient to many restaurants, stores and museums. Staff at check in/check out was very pleasant. Our room was clean and neat, but no frills (eg no laundry bag, shower cap, etc). Also room carpet starting to fray and needs updating. Overall good place to stay at NYC prices

The staff were nice. Concierge lady last sunday knew where to get breakfast at 4am. It would be nice if the hotel offered complimentary breakfast. The a la cart breakfast was ok. It would also be nice if the hotel offered dinner. The room was clean and the towels refreshed every day. That was nice. The bathroom vent fan was not working. Overall good but there's room for improvement.

Two star hotel, no question

The mattresses were worn out on the beds, as well as the sofa bed (my son sunk to the middle with a metal bar across his back). The front staff was cold and very unhelpful. The window shades were ripped, the bedding was thin. We asked for two extra pillows and front desk refused, saying max was 3 per bed (needed extra for back). Houskeeping staff was very nice and helpful when they came to the room and they were the best part. We come to NYC regularly and will never stay here again
