Great staff. Stayed one night during Christmas, excellent location if you’re seeing the Rockettes and want to be in the heart of Rockefeller Plaza. Cons: tight lobby and slow elevators. However, we had a room on the 2nd floor so we used the stairs a lot.

The room was the size of a large closet. There was barely enough room for 1 person much less 2. The bathroom wasn't private. The elevators hardly worked and we were on the 19th floor. This was not a pleasant stay for us.
