The room was clean. There were some issues, however. The TV service was subpar. Not even all the networks, 5 channels, no movies AND the tv was not a smart one that supports streaming. Also, no refrigerator. Would have been nice to keep drinks cool.

Room was very nice, spacious, clean, and very nice shower/tub. Employees were all terrific, from front desk, to housekeeping, to gift shop. However, I was charged $91 at check-in. Why? The desk clerk told me this charge was because I booked with a third party (Orbitz). What nonsense. I use Orbitz frequently. Never had this happen. So this hotel decides it will tack on $91 for a "Destination fee". What a scam. Had I known this upon booking I would have booked elsewhere.

The hotel location is the best, half block walking From the 5th avenue, dos blocks From central park. Abel at the front desk was really kind, great Service. The room is small but cozy and really clean. We’ll stay here again for sure.
