The location was good, easy to get to close attractions, staff was great. Breakfast was great the room had a small kitchenette, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher The room was another story though. The king bed and chair with fold out bed basically took all but walking space. The fold out chair was just nasty, the mattress was obviously original to the building. Very uncomfortable. The towels weren’t ever fresh smelling, the pillows were so flat, even with 2, but only one for the foldout. the lighting was terrible. VERY DIM lighting. I had to get my phone flashlight out to see sometimes. Shower door wouldn’t close so water got all on the floor. I asked for more towels saying that we had water on the floor and had to call back the next morning to ask for it again! The comforter was thin and worn!

The suite is nice, as the staff. Just a note, having a room on the second floor and facing the street could mean loud noises from the outside all night.

Check in was very easy, staff were friendly and house keeping were excellent. There was a huge selection for breakfast and in the 17 days we stayed I can not fault the options or quality provided. I used the gym most mornings and it was always clean and tidy.
