Nice Hotel. Excellent staff.
If you are staying at one of the upper floor suite style rooms the rooms are excellent. My only complaints were, one: that I wasn't told that a room may have been available on the side of the floors that have a view of the garden. It wasn't even presented to me and I was placed in a room on the side of the floor that faces a building. The other would be the scent/air spray they use in the lobby of the hotel which is also the same scent in the shampoo and body wash. It smells similar to a heavy masculine cologne and it is just too much especially after 3 days.

Not so good experience
It was a mixed experience. Property was not in a good condition, ceiling paint was peeling off at bathroom, wood floor was squeaking and rattling, coffee machine was not dirty, TV was not slanted one side. Upper level lounge was very limited and provided very basics. Staff at the upper level lobby were not so kind and never say hello whenever I walked by. I don't think Thompson Central Park is worth to try.
