The room was clean but small and the bathroom was very small. When you walk in from the street you have to take an elevator to get up to the 7th floor which is where the registration desk is located. There was only 1 of 2 elevators working most of our stay so at peak times the line for the elevators was out to the sidewalk. The location was good, close to the subway. Probably wouldn’t stay here again as the price for what we got wasn’t worth it. Not sure if this was due to the time of year we went but with so many options for hotels don’t think I’d stay here again.

Stayed in room 2004, amazing views of times square, only 2 negatives the lighting in the room could be better, at timesi had to put the torch on my phone to look into my suitcase, defo needs a light above the mirror and 2 not all plug sockets worked, think only 2 in the entire room, didnt mention it as were only there for 2nights & managed with the 2.

Great location in Times Square. Very walkable to everything. Staff nice and professional. Check in and out easy. We had drink credits from our booking which they removed at the end of the stay. Rooms are quite large considering NYC and location. Room clean, in room safe available. Nice size work table as well as couch that another person can sleep on. Bathroom decent size. There are fillable water stations (and ice) in the hallway by the elevator. In the lobby is a bar and restaurant nearby with seating outside which they called a rooftop bar with great views of Times Square. Only downside is there is a separate elevator from street level to lobby, then you have to take another elevator down the hall to your room which basically wastes a lot of time.

It was very nice and clean Hotel, within a couple of blocks from Times Square, and about 15-20 min walk to Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. Subway Transit is within a couple of minutes walk from Hotel, if not wanting to Uber or Taxi around Manhattan. A couple things we did not like, is the fact that there is a daily $40 fee on top of what you pay to stay there, and the lack of complimentary coffee/tea in the rooms. All in all we enjoyed our stay, and would recommend to family and friends.
