Hotel is nice. Great view of Times Square. Check in was not very accommodating. Tried to get a connecting room or downgrade our Times Square view to a city view so our rooms could be closer together. Elevators are an inconvenience. You have to go down the main rooms elevator to a separate elevator to get down to the main level and there is always a wait

The staff was courteous and the room was nice / as expected. However, the hairdryer did not work and the process of getting a replacement was unacceptable. It took hours and two phone calls and two trips to the front desk, before I received a replacement. The hotel said they would refund the destination fee for the inconvenience, which still has not been done over a week later.

Hotel is in decent location. Close to time square but not right in middle. Easy to escape time square traffic. Easy walk to Rockefeller and to Central Park. For going to theatre, perfect spot too. Room was decent size for New York City. I appreciate that the room came with empty mini fridge for you to use. I think the hotel would benefits from updating their tv systems so that guests can stream or cast to the tv their favorite streaming app.

I had the worst experience with Edward, the front desk manager. He promised to cancel my booking but went back on his word and refused to assist me or contact me as promised. There was a complete lack of communication; he never called me back, which was very concerning. Additionally, he repeatedly referred to me as "sir," which felt disrespectful seeing as though I was born a woman AND NEVER APOLOGIZED. He also refused to give me the details to his superior and I asked several times! Lastly, the rooms were not worth the $600 a night, even during the holiday season. I hope management addresses these issues for the sake of future guests, they have just lost a repeat guest! I would never recommend this hotel.

From the front desk to the doormen, the staff at M Social were incredible. We had two rooms, both which were very clean and spacious to be located in the city. The hotel also was in a great location, not dead in the center of TS but close enough to walk to. We felt very safe staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there again.

Overall, the location in Times Square was great. It had bakeries across the street if you weren’t doing breakfast at the hotel. Personally, the price of the breakfast wasn’t worth the price.
