The elevator was chaotic. Often we had to wait and once it was for 25 minutes. When it finally came, the people on it said I couldn’t get on, but I squeezed in anyway. My husband walked down the stairs (14 floors), but my knees are not good and so I waited!!

Needs general maintenance; broken shower handle, elevators inadequate too slow, elevator had broken bar exposing 3 protruding elements, coffee machine located in place not functional.

We had to change rooms twice and will be pursuing a compensation claim with you and the hotel. Our booking was made in February but we were told there was no balcony room available. Then we were told we'd be moved the next day. We were moved but then told we had to move because our room needed maintenance work

Few issues. You can be waiting for the elevators for up to 30 mins so if you got things scheduled, plan accordingly. We were lucky and had warm water, we only had hot water the last night while having the skink run. It’s the only way we got hot water. many customers didn’t have warm or hot water and some didn’t have WiFi working. Thermostat is on a timer and so you wake up in the middle of the night because the room is too hot. Staff were wonderful though, doing their best to help with any situation that that can control!

Friendly staff but hotel could use some attention. Rooms are clean, but the business center had apparently been out of service for months and elevator waits could be as long as five minutes. Every bell cart had something broken.

The bots that respond to Reviews do not acknowledge that the non-functioning elevator(s) is an OLD PROBLEM and not one that will be fixed any time soon. No excuse for the dirty and frayed carpet. This is a Hilton property????? Check out the Marriotts next door before taking your chances on this one.
