Its freezing cold in our rooms the heat didnt work we were told that the thermostat was on heat no one came up to check front instructed us over the phone to check the reading was forced to sleep in layers of clothes to stay warm

The staff was extremely nice, the room was also nice and clean when we arrived. My only complaint is the hidden fees they charge you a “resort fee” that isn’t included in the initial payment and the amenities of the hotel aren’t that great. So don’t expect your deposit back because it’s ate up by hidden fees.
