Great Hotel

The staff at the hotel are all very professional. The rooms are very comfortable. The location is walkable and there are numerous places to eat in the area.

The lobby and front desk team were the highlights of this hotel. However, the room was quite rundown. As a solo traveler, I did not feel safe at this property. Most hotels require you to use your key to access your floor, but this one did not have that security feature. Additionally, the room's lock had a chain lock, which further contributed to my discomfort regarding safety.

I enjoyed the professionalism of the front desk staff, the clean and quiet atmosphere of the hotel. Only note would be that a bedside table would be fantastic, but the layout is standard for a midtown manhattan hotel room. Grateful for the free late check out as well. Will consider coming back!

Wonderful stay for a girls trip

We had a lovely stay at the Gregorian. Front desk staff were helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is quaint and in a good location near the Empire state building which is walkable or easy access to the subway.
