Room had a balcony which we weren’t expecting. Air conditioning unit didn’t work well. No water bottles as promised. Not a lot of room in the actual room. Bathroom was unsatisfactory, no extractor fan, door warped and got stuck easily, grouting disgusting, bath uneven. Not worth the money that I paid for it. Cleaning staff left a wet pillowcase on my bed, although sheets were changed, bed was damp. Not happy.

The staff were lovely. The room looked nothing like the rooms in the photos- it was very old and the air conditioning was not great- it worked, but not well. It is a bit tricky to list your property with photos of what a renovated room WILL look like and not what the current rooms look like.

I paid and reserved a premium/renovated room. When I arrived, I was told that room was no longer available. They waived some fees but refused to refund the extra cost I paid for a premium room. The staff was unhelpful and didnt seem to care. The room was dirty and smelled like mildew, the bathroom door didnt shut, water occasionally not working, and the thermostat didnt work, we were stuck with fan blowing on high. Staff unwilling to resolve. Overall I feel I was scammed on this hotel stay.

The hotel staff were amazing. There is construction in progress, making some areas and rooms not meet their high standards. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and our needs met.

No microwave. No bath soap or shampoo.habe to ask twice..they did not have any at all in the facility...beakfaat expensive not good selections. Front desk personnel lack of professionalism...we have to take the trash out.etc etc
