My partner and I are still feeling relaxed after our stay in the deluxe spa room last night. The outdoor spa with warm clean water and colored lights was a real treat, and helped make our night memorable. The shower and bathroom were was very clean and nicely finished. The Tamar river and surrounds view from all areas of the room and spa were terrific. The only bother that was dissapointing was the cleaners this morn at 9-30am, after one knock at the door and i called out 'still in here" coming in the doorway while we were getting changed. We live within 30km of the Hotel and will be back for another night of spa and very comfortable king size bed sleeping.

Having been to the Hotel on previous visits it was a pleasant surprise to see that there was now accommodation. The units are well set with great amenities, very clean and great views of the river and surrounding area. Only warning for some people is that some of the units are up on a slope so if this is an issue book a lower room. Also it is a sloping walk down and back up to the restaurant but you could drive the very short distance. The Art Gallery attached today the Rosevears is also worth looking through.

The bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Each unit is filled with anything you will ever need. Can’t fault the location and views

Car parking is tight and accommodation can be a fair distance away. At night the walkway is dark and not well lit. The hand basin is so shallow that it is impossible to fill the electric jug that won’t fit under the tap. The only way to fill it is to use a small glass . I would definitely reconsider my decision to use this hotel in the future.

Rooms were very clean, quiet, great views of the Tamar river and spa area was great- clean/great views. Ammenities in the room, small bar fridge and wine glasses provided as well as plastic glasses for the spa which was great, however there is a kettle, pod coffee machine and toaster in the room but no plates, mugs, cutlery provided to use these facilities or water glasses in the room. There was also a small issue at check in, questioning the price offered by Wotif but they honored the booking and we enjoyed the great accommodation for a night away! Would recommend/stay again.

Accommodation was obviously pretty new and modern. Beds very comfy. Shower had 2 heads! But we checked in and our 2 bedroom was not 2 bedrooms.....it was more like a hotel room with an extra bedroom. So no lounge space and no where to sit other then on the bed! Difficult for a family of 4. On check in our sliding balcony door was wide open and the bedroom windows open....air con was on so was getting lost on a hot day. Popcorn from previous guests still on our balcony. We asked for a portacot which got delivered with no bedding at all. On check in we booked a dinner table as was told it was required. Then when we arrived for dinner was then told there was nothing booked! Very awkward as they had no space in restaurant! Staff did eventually "find" a table for us. On a positive our room was very quiet and had an awesome view.

It was lovely to be so close to the water and to be able to watch the boats from the hot tub. The hot tub and the area could do with a good clean but other than that it was great.
