Room was definitely NOT soundproof as advertised. Very noisy people next door who took no notice when we told them they were very noisy. Walls paper thin. Do not recommend.

The room, the beds, the amenities, but most of all the amazing Manager, our stay was over tje Xmas break, so some of her staff were away, yet she kept up with all that needed doing, which was a lot. I woulx recomend the Gold Rush Inn to anyone staying over in Queenstown.

The food at the restaurant was really yum, the staff was friendly everywhere and helpful. The rooms are a good size, clean and have everything you need. Overall a good safe motel for families visiting the area.
