Practically it is not Motel, it must be called Budget. Awfully place. Room is dirty, you can hear what the people disuses in the opposite room. Terrible place to stay. No staff on property, only one keybox on reception, they just give you a code to open whole keys and you need to find yours.

Loved the view of Queenstown from the carpark. The whole complex is old & rundown and the room smelt very musty. It was weird that the office was closed & you needed to ring a mobile number to check in - this should have been communicated as part of the confirmation. All in all, I would definitely not stay again unless the place had a major revamp.

Poor quality, pickers hut, type accom. only. Remote check in was different!! tv didn't work. Lamps didn't work. Bathroom facilities poor. Would not have minded any of that had we KNOWN that is what it was like so poorly advertised on your site

Room was neat & tidy but very dated. Walls are thin, could hear our neighbours talking & tv. One part of the flooring under the carpet needs repair. Desperately needs a refurbishment.

Hi Ken im sure somebody was very quick to check you in also there are breakfast menus in folder in rooms and also pamphlets on where to go to eat
