Hi Elizabeth, It has been a long time coming but we are finally about to introduce recycling to the site (sadly one of the down sides of being in a relatively remote location) I am sorry to hear that the water tasted unpleasant. It is filtered and tested on a regular basis so we will contact the supplier and let them know. Hi Kacie, I am so disappointed to hear that your room was a little dirty. If you have the time, it would be really helpful to know what needed more attention. Our housekeeping staff are, generally, very good with their attention to detail but it seems this may not have been the case with your cabin.
