You ask us to change the name of the invoice, which is not legal. Remember, Expedia provided booking services and the hotel provides accommodation. You entered a contract with Expedia and provided your payment information to them, we are not able to provide receipt for a commercial arrangement the you entered with a third party. Your poor review is in retaliation for a service you expected and didn't know receive for valid reasons. You booked a budget room for $120.00 and a budget room is what you had. That's just the truth about reviews, they are often a form of punishment for unreasonable expections. And your is just one of them.

Due to the Covid border shut down, we offered a special rate of $120/night for room only. We quite open told guests that there will be no food and beverage services. In contrast to your review, there was no breakfast included. We lit a fire for you as the only guest and it seems as if that was not to your satisfaction either. Our hotel is very clean and well maintained. The hot water system is brand new and was working, but due to low occupancy, it took a while to get \hot. Sorry that you didnt like St Helens and our hotel.
