Room was tired, not super clean with minimal amenities. Reception has limited hours. No one to contact when bedside lamp didn’t work and wifi failed in the morning. Pleasant outdoor area in our Seaview room but a hazardous parking and concrete steps at the entrance to the room. Overall quality didn’t measure up to the tariff charge.

The only reason of my rating is the bad experience I had because of the receptionist mistake, which ruined our experience at Bicheno. But the accommodation was lovely, spacious, very clean, actually cleaner than most places we've stayed. Manager Michael, very nice, very helpful. The restaurant food was not bad, regular pub food good atmosphere. Overall the place is very nice
