Value for money for an older property. Meets basic needs but is in an excellent spot overlooking the historic site with access thru a gate. Good breakfast/dining options in the restaurant.

Very outdated and in need of repairs . Bed was not comfy and shower over bath was cramped and slippery. Fridge had old milk stains in and mould round bath silicone.

The motor inn was basic but very clean. The staff were very friendly & helpful. It’s very convenient to the historic site, just use your key to let yourself in through the gate. Nice restaurant on site as well.

Convenient to Port Arthur

Very convenient to the historic site with direct access. Bedding was comfortable but room a bit dated (some mould around the windows needs attention) and a microwave in the room would be good. The continental breakfast was adequate and the staff were very friendly.

Great stay near attractions.

Great location basically within the historic Port Arthur precinct. Comfortable room with a nice veranda to relax on. Restaurant and bar was a great addition with friendly staff.

The management of the business are extremely great and understanding. I double booked and have refunded me minus the 15p/c Expedia took on booking. I’ve been waiting about 5 days now for a response from Expedia and still waiting. They will not answer calls and make it near impossible to email them regarding the issue. The room was very dated but clean. Adequate for a couple of nights stay. Can't make own food in room so have to eat out. Excellent location for Port Arthur historical site, can have a key to get in the 'back' gate and walk there.
