This is the smallest hotel I have ever stayed in iNYC!! The first room they gave me was so small I had a panic attack!!! They moved me to a “assessable “ room and it was not much bigger. The bathroom had a sliding door with a crack. NO PRIVACY!!!! And please don’t get me started about the elevator!!! Never again!!!

The room was huge. The bathroom was clean and modern. I just loved the bathroom. The AC worked. I honestly have no complaints! My friend looked forward to breakfast everyday. They changed the menu slightly with each day. It is super close to Universal studios. We found $10/$12 Uber and lift rides.

Very high building which is good for noise. Elevators are fast and only once in four days was there too many people in que for it. Rooms are not suites and there is no kitchen in the room.

Good stay overall. The location is excellent, about a 10-minute walk to Penn Station and Madison Square Garden, and around 20 minutes to Times Square. There’s also a metro stop right at the end of the road, which made getting around really convenient. The hotel was clean, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They even looked after our bags for the day while we explored the city, which was much appreciated. The view from our room was amazing, we could see right down towards the World Trade Center and the Statue of Liberty. The only downside was the room size. We had two double beds, but there wasn’t much floor space to move around or get ready in. The bathroom was also quite small, and the shower pressure could have been better. For the price, you might expect a bit more space but this is New York, and realistically, all you need is a clean, comfy room to sleep in.

I was switched between hotels when I arrived. The room in the adjacent property - from the one I had reserved and paid in advance for - was ridiculously small and yet still the same inflated midtown price. The lobby was very loud due to music and chaotic. The elevators in the morning were so poorly timed that after waiting 10 minutes another guest and I were forced to walk down 15 flights of stairs. They also had ridiculously over-complicated controls and UI, just silly bad property decisions. I’d not recommend this hotel considering how many alternatives there are.
