Great stay for six days. Although the room was small it was clean and new and provided everything I needed (except for a fridge). A coffee shop downstairs and another nearby. Desk staff were very helpful.

Good, not great

Hallways are really small so while housekeeping is working, it’s difficult to navigate. Rooms are small, but typical for NYC. The area this hotel is in is not the greatest. But the hotel itself is really good. Cute little coffee shop in lobby where you can buy breakfast.

The staff was so attentive and responsive! And even though the hotel is in the heart of Manhattan, we didn't hear anything from the 3rd floor room. The room was well designed and we had a great stay!

Great from beginning to end. The front staff were so friendly and accommodating with early check-in. Absolutely enjoyed every bit. Rooms are a bit on the smaller side but have everything you’d need. Rooms were clean and cleaning staff were very attentive to everyone’s needs.
