Cracking hotel with amazing views of the Empire State Building. Steps away from metro and just short distance to Penn Station, Macy’s and Madison Square Gardens. Friendly staff. Twin room but x2 3/4 beds. Bath with overhead shower. Decor a little tired but the room had a small fridge and a microwave.

Everything was good. But there was a lady at the front desk that had a Passive-Agressive way of talking to the customers that made everyone uncomfortable (The one that gave me the fisrt room). Didnt like her approach at all, talking to customers as if they were ignorant. Everytime I saw her, she was arguing with someone (customers, colleagues...).

The hotel was near everything & our view was spectacular. Unfortunately, we arrived a few hours early and weren’t able to check in. We took a red eye from California to NY so we were exhausted and ended up taking a nap in the lobby. Even though we couldn’t check in early, we felt safe enough to nap in the lobby and weren’t asked to move or leave. The rooms were spacious and clean. We could see the Empire State Building and the Macy’s Store from our window but it was quiet enough that we could rest. Would definitely recommend.
