The first night there we got no sleep. There was a loud banging all night. When I got up I told the front desk and they moved us into a much better room. The rooms are nice and a lot of room. The bed was probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on except in prison and it was a close 2nd. The staff were great and I mean outstanding. Only due to the bed we will not stay there again.

Very clean but older, small room and bed was not comfortable-seemed like a hard box with very little give to it. Staff was friendly, walkable to everything. Bodega was really good next-door

Clean simple room, convenient location by time square (a drum walk back from the clubs), staff always greeted us (24/7 availability), our room was ready early so we could check in. Next to the hotel there’s a 24/7 eatery with lots of food, snacks, hot food, and great Paninis. Also an Irish pub.

Location was perfect, but this hotel didn’t have any basic services most hotels have water to drink in lobby but they didn’t!!! Air conditioner is super old , we went there for new year weather was very cold understandable but shower wasn’t hot !!! Was warm water

The property was quiet and felt safe for my family. It was easily within walking distance to Time's Square and various subway stations. The hotel is older and didn’t have many extras, but it was a comfy, warm and quiet place to relax and reset.

We did not have an air conditioner on our room . There is a beautiful cafe next door that is delicious since the hotel does not offer any room service . Unfortunately we found a dirty sock snd men’s boxer shorts ( they were used ) under our bed .

The worse experience we had. I travelled with my husband and two other friends we hated our stay. The rooms dont get cleaned when you leave the tag at the door they never pick up trash or clean anything they just remake the bed and leave. Their heating system is very old and makes extreme loud noise 24/7, the windows are broken and cold air comes in you freeze!!!!!! Went to lobby and asked for hot water to drink they said maybe they can give hot water but got no CUPS!!! We asked for additional heating system to warm up the room they came in with a broken small hand heater. I can go on and on, how rude the front people were, we stayed for 5 days and i could not wait to get back home

Fabulous location near Times Square and Subway stops. If you’re looking for all the extras like room service and piano bar go elsewhere and pay more. No notorious “resort fee” ripoff. Right next door to superb deli that will cook you up a full breakfast or choice of buffet 24/7 at great prices. Irish pub with great food and beer selection right there also.
