Really cute hotel close to Times Square. Definitely an older building, the rooms could use some updating in general but overall a good no frills/budget option. They offer luggage storage as well which was hugely helpful. My only criticism is that there are no fridges in the rooms - we would have liked a fridge to store cold drinks or leftovers from dinner.

Overall clean and convenient. The heat doesn’t turn on unless it’s under 45 degrees out. The water was warm but never fully heated up to be hot water in the shower. We stayed mid November. Joey at the front desk was very nice and helpful

This place is in the best location. Although it seemed that there were a variety of room sizes and types, our room was perfect! It seemed that some rooms didn’t have windows so if that would bother you, make sure you contact the hotel staff to talk about it. The staff here though was top notch. Quick, friendly, I saw staff offering tourism advice to others there so they are helpful too! We stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely time.

Location Location Location! We were steps from Times Square and the Theater district. The hotel staff was great. We were allowed to check in early for a small fee. We had an issue with our heater and Jose with maintenance arrived within five minutes and solved the problem. There is a cafe right next door that was convenient for coffee and breakfast items. The rooms are basic but they are clean and have everything we needed.

The room was clean. The hotel was quiet! Outside was noisy here and there...but it's NYC, so can't complain. Staff was very nice and helpful! Great location for walking to places around Times Square!

Breakfast was not offered at this location which was fine. Hotel is dated but it was comfortable and clean. There was no refrigerator or coffee/tea in the room which again was fine. Elevator was slow but worked just fine. Hotel lobby decor is dated but adds to the charm of an older hotel. There was a window air conditioner which I used at night to block some of the street noise. Everything was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The public areas of the hotel could definitely do with some spruce up - grubby wallpaper, things hanging off the walls, chipped doors and dirty mats in the lift. However the rooms are a pleasant surprise - no frills but very clean and spacious. Beds are extremely comfortable and you couldn't get a better location - literally 2 mins from Times Square. As we were visiting on a theatre break it was absolutely perfect

Great check in, great location.....just very close to theatre, reraurants, Times Square, also quiet. Older beds, but comfortable, old A/C, but we used it sparingly since it wasn't hot outside
