it was below zero and there was no heat in the room. They came and did not fix the heater but gave me a space heater which didn’t heat the room. the blankets are not sufficient for winter in NY the employees were nice— but I WAS FREEZING. the blow dryer didn’t work
this is where they removed the broken hair dryer. they replaced the dryer but left in on the top of the toilet.

Staff was super friendly, rooms were very clean and the perfect location. The beds need to be updated. They aren’t the most comfortable. I’d give it a 5 if they upgraded the beds.

This hotel is perfect if you just want to stay in Times Square. It has so much charm. The rooms are clean and they were the first hotel since covid I’ve stayed that comes in to straighten your room during your stay. The staff could not have been more kind. Even being in Times Square, the noise was not bad at all. We did not have a view from our room, but again, we did not come to NYC to stay in our room. Fun fact: parts of the movie Big were filmed here.

Room was very clean. Staff courteous and helpful. When we got there the room had just been cleaned and had a strong bleach smell. We had to open the windows to air out for a few hours. I like my room clean, but bleach is very caustic. Otherwise a decent simple place to stay.
