The location was great and very convenient. However, the room was smaller than expected, the facilities seemed somewhat outdated, and the lack of a refrigerator made the stay less comfortable.

The staff were courteous. The room was clean. It was no frills, but we had what we needed. I didnt love the products available for bodywash and hair care. It was also a little disconcerting that the luggage hold was basically self serve.

My room was pleasant, clean, and comfortable with a perfect location around the corner from Times Square. It didn’t have a ton of extras but was an excellent value for the price. I appreciated the early check in for a modest cost especially bc I was moving from another hotel during a blizzard. Check out Connolly’s Irish Pub next door for great food/drinks/service.

Great location! Famous Junior’s right down the street. The cutest little Irish pub, Connolly’s, with delicious breakfast, right next door! Staff was friendly, lobby area is nice and inviting! Beautiful bar area, if only they served alcohol. Quaint little boutique hotel that I would definitely book again!

it was below zero and there was no heat in the room. They came and did not fix the heater but gave me a space heater which didn’t heat the room. the blankets are not sufficient for winter in NY the employees were nice— but I WAS FREEZING. the blow dryer didn’t work
this is where they removed the broken hair dryer. they replaced the dryer but left in on the top of the toilet.
