Pros: Comfortable Bedding, Staff was Professional And Courteous. Daily House Keeping. Cons: No restaurant, This is an Old-Style Hotel - Needs Update. Shower struggles to stay Warm, The Heat/AC is controlled by hotel (not individual room). Remote for TV did not work. Lamp at bed needs repair.

Clean room, very spacious. Next door is a whole market with fresh food and a large selection of food, wine, and coffee. The staff was very accommodating. I definitely recommend staying here.

Good value, friendly staff. Rooms are small and simple but well maintained and clean. The hotel is surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to Times Square. Only complaint is the incredibly noisy radiator that turns on every 2 hours or so and woke me up. But terrific location and I figure in NYC you'll get woken up by the street noise anyway.

Friendly greeting upon check in. Room was very clean, but very stark and basic. However, the bed linens were the freshest ever in all of my travels, and a comfortable bed! I would give this hotel more stars if there were ANY amenities! No drinking water available, not in the room/ not even a coin operated machine! Please, at least offer a bottle at check-in then!
