Our sink faucet was broken our entire stay. We told the staff on the second day someone came to our room said it would be fixed the next day or the day after that. It was never fixed. Three days after we had told them. We had our room was cleaned they messed with the faucet which made it start leaking on the bathroom floor. We went to the staff again the maintenance guy told us just to not mess with it so we did not have a sink pretty much the entirety of our stay. Other than this, we had a good stay.

The room was clean and spacious. There was no thermostat in the room. Someone did come and help us adjust the radiator. The radiator didmake a lot of noise during the night.

Great location if you are seeing a Broadway show. Great Irish pub called O’Connellys next door. Delicious food and great cocktails. Room was spacious. Bathroom a little small, and it’s an old building. We had to ask them to come turn the heat on(radiator in the wall). But they did promptly, and we were warm the rest of the time.

When arriving we didnt have any hot water at all. The issue seemed to resolve itsself after a few hours. Perfect location of your looking to be close to times square. No parking assistance but we were able to find parking for 50 bucks (seemingly the cheapest) in a garage about 5 blocks away.
