I always try to stay at Hotel St. James when I visit NY!!! It’s actually my favorite hotel.!! it’s the perfect location, and Joey is absolutely the best!!! you have any questions about the city. He will definitely help you out.!! Our room was very clean, housekeeping came everyday!! Melisa was the Best!! 5 stars!!!

Couldn't fault the location, so close to Times square, easy walking anywhere. Lovely and clean and warm during very cold weather. Would stop here again, if we visit New York again.

This hotel is very nice. Check in was easy and very fast. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Our room was very clean and the staff maintained it very well every day we were there. Our room had a lot of character but we were only there for sleeping, not staying in the hotel. It's central location makes it an awesome place to stay. We'll definitely be back.

Room was spacious for a NYC hotel. The room was VERY clean. A/C unit in window. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A 3 minute walk from Time Square. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and if I ever make my way back to NYC, this will be where I stay.

Not the fancy is hotel, but we were not looking for fancy because we didn’t plan on spending a lot of time in our room. The hotel was clean. The staff was nice. The rooms are updated. Check in area is just it’s older but it’s so cute elevators seem kind of sketchy, but they work just fine. Very convenient to everything. We will be coming back.
