Was winter and the heat was just fine. The location is so excellent that we there is a food bodega-type take-away right next door, coffee across the street, and a fine restaurant steps away. Close to Times Square and Rockefeller Center.

The first night there we got no sleep. There was a loud banging all night. When I got up I told the front desk and they moved us into a much better room. The rooms are nice and a lot of room. The bed was probably the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on except in prison and it was a close 2nd. The staff were great and I mean outstanding. Only due to the bed we will not stay there again.

Very clean but older, small room and bed was not comfortable-seemed like a hard box with very little give to it. Staff was friendly, walkable to everything. Bodega was really good next-door

Clean simple room, convenient location by time square (a drum walk back from the clubs), staff always greeted us (24/7 availability), our room was ready early so we could check in. Next to the hotel there’s a 24/7 eatery with lots of food, snacks, hot food, and great Paninis. Also an Irish pub.
