The room was OK, definitely not the room on the picture. Air conditioner needs cleaning. I’m assuming that we get the mildew moldy odor. Other than that as well kept nice and clean. Would stay there again.

Our stay was good, the only negative was low water pressure. The sink and shower were barely adequate, and after a long day walking around NYC, you need a nice hot shower. The staff was great, the room was clean and tidy, no other complaints except the above.

The room was spotless and clean everything. It smelled fantastic through the lobby and in rooms. Beds can use a little more fluff to them but slept well. The only thing i can say that needs improvement is the shower pressure and shower heads . The water pressure was not enough

Good location. This hotel seems to be part permanent residence and part nightly/weekly rental. It seemed a bit odd at first but we were only there for 1 night. It felt safe. It was a little older building. Elevators are small. It was convenient that they held our luggage for the day so we could explore more of the city before catching our flight later that evening.
