Renovations
This is our favorite hotel when visiting New York. Staff from bottom to top is exceptional. On this visit, renovations are in progress. Since there’s no service elevator, construction workers use the same elevator as guests when bringing in building materials. Unfortunately, this leads to delays for guests. We once waited about 29 minutes. My recommendation would be that the elevators be overseen by the front desk staff to ensure that guests receive priority when waiting for an elevator.

Hotel is in a brilliant location having subway stations basically next door, and being within walking distance of Times Square, Hudson Yards, MoMa, and others. Bathroom appeared a little dated but the hotel is being renovated so I assume this will change soon. Room itself was really good, and we had a stunning view of the Empire State Building and Summit One

Very disappointed
Placed in a room on 10 th floor , service elevator with bins , large buckets with water and cleaning staff regularly on it getting off and on all the floors. Room was very dark with one very small window looking out into the alley . Construction noise was going on all afternoon in other rooms . This went on my whole stay
