My first room had no heat it was broken. Was switched to another room after hours of being told someone was coming to check the temp but it was broken and they knew that , second room Had no working phone and felt very unsafe multiple fights going on that sounded physical no security t came went on for very long time .. for a Hilton it was not a good experience

When I made the reservation, I was asked to pay for parking for myself and my guest. Thankfully, I declined because it wasn't even necessary. I saved myself $40. I was scared walking on the street from the parking garage to the hotel alone at night. There was no attendant and signs were unclear for the elevator. I lugged my suitcase down 5 flights of stairs. When I finally made it to my room it was 76 degrees and the AC was not working well. I was drenched in sweat while preparing to meet someone special. We were given a fan, which at least made the room more comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was good and the ambiance was nice. The bar area was cozy and comfortable.

I often felt unsafe at this property. People hanging out in the parking garage, loud yelling and screaming in halls all night. Property is not well kept. Needs an entire update. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
