The beds were old and uncomfortable. There was an emergency late night evacuation alarm (turned out to be false) and communication around it was very poor. The front desk was often understaffed.

The manager was ignoring my request. Although I am a titanium member of Marriott, avoid my request and have me wait for him more than 15 minutes each time. I end up getting his e mail because I couldn’t wait any longer. Never want to stay in this hotel.
